We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the Vatican City. The room was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony and bath. We also appreciated the free late check-out and the complimentary coffee and snacks. The owner, Luigi, was kind and helpful, providing us with an upgrade to better accommodate our family and offering additional blankets upon request. The high-speed wifi and free Rome maps were a nice touch as well. this hotel was very good and we highly recommend it.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located very close to Ottaviano metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the rooms with a balcony overlooking a tree-lined street are a lovely touch, and the nice aircon ensures a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is an added bonus, making this hotel a fantastic choice for travelers on a budget.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were fantastic, there is nothing that needs improvement.

This budget-friendly place offers a convenient location, just a short walk from a metro station and the Vatican. The rooms are clean and spacious, with amenities like a TV, hairdryer, and closet. The owner is extremely helpful and willing to assist with any needs. The nearby area is filled with great shopping and a variety of delicious restaurants.
One downside is that the building where the hotel is located doesn't have a sign, making it a bit difficult to find for first-time visitors.

We were actually surprised with the cleanliness and modernity of the room at Zero6 Guest House. The convenient location near the Ottaviano Metro stop made exploring the city easy. Luigi, the friendly and helpful host, gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and even arranged airport transfers. I highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.
